Domino’s Pizza Enterprises
George Saoud’s role expanded to cover both Group CFO and Group COO from January 2026. Saoud had been serving as Group CFO and takes on operational responsibility in addition to the finance function. The dual appointment consolidates financial and operational accountability under one executive.

AMP
Blair Vernon, AMP’s CFO, named Group Chief Executive Officer effective 30 March 2026 following the retirement of Alexis George. Vernon moves from the finance chair to the top seat after leading AMP’s finance function through a significant simplification program. A formal search for a new Group CFO is now underway.

Marcus Crowe appointed CFO effective 27 January 2026. Crowe brings retail and logistics experience to the e-commerce business as it focuses on profitable scaling. He joins as Adore Beauty works to strengthen its financial position in a competitive online retail market.

Tim Waddell appointed Interim CFO and Company Secretary from 28 January 2026, following the resignation of Andrew Cook. Waddell steps into the interim role while the business considers its permanent appointment. No timeline for a permanent search has been announced.

Lachie Mallia appointed CFO and Company Secretary from 22 January 2026. Mallia takes on the dual role as Arovella continues its clinical development program. The appointment fills a combined finance and governance brief at the early-stage biotech.
