Charles Falck promoted to CFO from 1 January 2026, following the planned retirement of Melodie Zakaluk. Falck was previously Deputy CFO and COO at GQG and brings over 20 years in investment management including roles at Vontobel and Goldman Sachs. His promotion follows an internal succession process.

Glen Dymond appointed CFO from 5 January 2026. Dymond brings 25-plus years of experience across technology, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors. He joins SenSen as the business continues to expand its AI and smart city platform internationally.

Julian Sutton appointed Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director effective 2 January 2026. Sutton has been a non-executive director of the Melbourne-based respiratory imaging company since 2017 and brings deep familiarity with its capital strategy, corporate governance, and investor relations. He steps into the executive role as 4DMedical focuses on commercial scale-up of its FDA-cleared CT:VQ lung imaging technology in the United States.
