Ansell
Erik Van den Enden appointed Chief Financial Officer, announced 22 June 2026 and effective 1 September 2026. Ansell is headquartered in Melbourne, though Van den Enden will be based in the company’s Brussels office. He joins from Versuni, where he was Group CFO, having previously been Group CFO and Head of M&A and Strategy at Telenet, with earlier senior finance roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev. He succeeds acting CFO Fred Marx, who had held the role since Brian Montgomery’s resignation was announced in April 2026.

L1 Group
James Allaway appointed Chief Financial Officer, announced 9 June 2026 and commencing September 2026. L1 Group is headquartered at 101 Collins Street, Melbourne, and Allaway will be based in the company’s Melbourne head office. He joins from ASX-listed FleetPartners, where he was Chief Strategy Officer, and was previously a senior investment banker at UBS. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney. He succeeds Andrew Stannard, who moves to an advisory role to support the transition before leaving the group in early 2027.

Sushi Sushi (Genki Group)
Tharsh B. appointed Chief Financial Officer, self-announced 26 June 2026. Sushi Sushi trades under Genki Group, whose Australian operations are headquartered in Bundoora, Melbourne. Tharsh moves from General Manager Finance at Munro Footwear Group, a role held for two years, and described the appointment as his first executive role.

Energy Locals
Anushia Vijay appointed Chief Financial Officer, commencing June 2026. Energy Locals is a Melbourne-headquartered energy retailer. Vijay joins from Hansen Technologies, the Melbourne-headquartered ASX-listed billing software company, where she was Global Finance Director leading a 55-member global finance function, having previously been CFO International at carsales.com and held senior finance leadership roles at Honda Australia and Coles, with early career years at PwC Australia and KPMG.
