PEXA Group
Graham Curtin appointed Group Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 September 2026. Melbourne-based, Curtin joins from ASX-listed REA Group, where he has been Deputy CFO since 2018 across finance, strategic transformation, capital allocation and corporate development. He was previously a Senior Manager in KPMG Melbourne’s Audit, Risk and Assurance division and began his career at Crowe Horwath in Dublin. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He succeeds interim CFO Liz Warrell, who remains through the FY26 results, and the appointment follows the withdrawal of previously announced incoming CFO Tony Ristevski in March 2026.

Symal Group
Scott McQueen appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective 4 May 2026. Melbourne-based, with Symal headquartered in the city, McQueen joins from OceanaGold, where he was EVP and CFO, following senior finance roles at Iluka Resources, A-Gas International and Edison International. Interim CFO David Gill returns to his prior role after supporting the handover.

Trajan Group Holdings
Simon Billingham appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Joint Company Secretary, effective 1 May 2026. Billingham moves up from General Manager of Finance at Trajan, the Ringwood-headquartered global life sciences company, having joined the group’s UK operation in 2011 after eight years at Deloitte UK. He succeeds Alister Hodges, whose resignation was announced on 25 March 2026. A permanent search continues.

Tony Muir appointed Chief Financial Officer, announced 24 April 2026 and effective July 2026. Kaiser Reef’s Victorian operations include the Maldon/A1 and Union Hill gold mines in central Victoria.

Farm Pride Foods
Michael Edelstein appointed Chief Financial Officer, announced 29 April 2026 and commencing May 2026. Farm Pride is headquartered in Keysborough, Melbourne. He succeeds Tony Enache, who had been CFO since April 2023, with the transition announced alongside the company’s March-quarter update and renewed banking facilities.

Super Retail Group
Sarah Hunter appointed Chief Financial Officer, Designate from 1 June 2026, announced 30 April 2026. One of Melbourne’s most senior retail and finance executives, Hunter joins from Officeworks, where she was Managing Director and a member of the Wesfarmers Leadership Team, and earlier held senior roles at Coles Group including Financial Controller and Program Director of the Coles demerger. She succeeds David Burns at the Brisbane-headquartered retailer, who remains until 28 August 2026 and retires in November after 13 years.

Daniel Giles appointed Chief Financial Officer, commencing April 2026. Halaxy is a Melbourne-based healthcare practice management software platform. Giles joins after more than eight years as CFO and Company Secretary of Payapps, the Melbourne construction payments software company acquired by Autodesk, having originally joined the business (then Zuuse) as Finance Manager in 2017, with earlier roles at Probuild Constructions and Grant Thornton. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
