Senior executive roles such as CFO or Financial Controller can take 2 to 4 weeks depending on brief complexity and candidate availability. Contract and interim placements are often faster, with candidates available within 48 to 72 hours in many cases.
Permanent recruitment fees are typically charged as a percentage of the candidate’s first-year base salary, commonly ranging from 12% to 25% depending on the seniority of the role and the terms agreed.
